What would it take to do something creative as a dinning experience? It’s not as though the world lacks restaurants that strive to offer all kinds of food. Even the settings vary as you can choose from the high end to gourmet street trucks. But what if you varied the location and the food, such is the mission of Dinner Lab.

The basic idea is that you join a ‘club’ for a fee. The club then offers meals at a given location and time. If you sign up for the meal it will cost you between $60 and $80. 

The club’s emphasis is on creativity in both location and menu.

In addition people eat at long communal tables so the whole process encourages interaction between strangers, possibly adding value for those individuals who like to meet new people.

Dinner Lab operates in 24 cities in the United States and has over 20,000 members.
